Perform 3x per day for 1-2 weeks.
Move to Recover part 2 when able to perform each exercise with 3/10 pain or less.
Perform 3x per day for 1-2 weeks.
Move to Restore part 1 when able to perform each exercise with 3/10 pain or less and overall function has improved at least 50%
Perform 1-2x per day for 1-3 weeks.
Move to Restore part 2 when able to perform each exercise with 2/10 pain or less.
Perform 1-2x per day for 1-3 weeks.
Move to Reinforce part 1 when able to perform each exercise with 2/10 pain or less and overall function has improved at least 75%.
Perform 2-4x per week for 2-3 weeks.
Move to Reinforce part 2 when able to perform each exercise with 2/10 pain or less.
Perform 2-4x per day for 2-3 weeks or until overall pain and function has improved 100%.
You may decide to continue to use this program as a regular exercise regimen to maintain low back health, reduce risk of reinjury, and continue to improve overall strength and function.
