Meet our Team

Meet the Founders

Aaron Bass and James Wilson are passionate physical therapists based in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Both earned their Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Campbell University in 2020.

James and Aaron attended rival undergraduate schools—Aaron at North Carolina State University and James at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. This friendly rivalry is even reflected in the colors of the AIR logo!

Aaron and James embrace active, goal-driven lifestyles. Whether it’s training for a half marathon, lifting weights, or tackling yardwork, they understand the value of discipline, self-motivation, and a supportive community to achieve personal goals.

Why Start

With a wealth of experience in outpatient orthopedic care, Aaron and James have helped patients recover from a wide range of pain and injuries.

They love working hands-on in the clinic but understand that factors like busy schedules, insurance restrictions, and financial considerations can make traditional physical therapy challenging for many people.

They believe that education and a thoughtfully designed home program can often deliver similar results to in-person sessions, which inspired them to create AIR.
